Cherokee Pines Golf Club is implementing a new Personal Golf Cart Policy for members who reside on the course, have received prior approval to use their own carts, and have a full membership with cart included.
π Registration Now Required
- All personal golf carts must be registered with the Pro Shop.
- Each approved cart must display a visible ID tag on both sides of the vehicle in the format: CP-{memberID}.
- Carts must be brought to the Pro Shop for photographs, which will be kept on file and linked to the memberβs account.
π Unregistered or Unauthorized Carts Will Not Be Permitted
- Only members living on the course with approved carts may use personal vehicles.
- Carts must be purpose-built for golf with proper golf bag racks.
- Utility vehicles, modified carts, or recreational vehicles will not be approved.
π« Course Etiquette and Enforcement
- No carts allowed within 20 yards of any green, unless on a designated cart path.
- Members must follow daily cart path rules, which may change based on conditions.
- All golfers must check in at the clubhouse before every round.
π Effective Date: Monday, May 13, 2025
- Noncompliance after this date will result in the loss of personal cart privileges.
These rules are in place to protect course conditions and uphold a high-quality golf experience for all members.
